The focal points of the residential area have remained largely the same. There are still many open spaces and pocket parks for the enjoyment of the residents. The southern side of the community has a center parkway emanating from the traffic circle which will have no driveways fronting it . This  will provide a wonderful streetscape with sidewalks and landscaping leading to the commercial area. At the traffic circle an  area has been reserved for golf cart parking so that residents can utilize golf carts inside the community to access the amenities. There is an activity lawn connected to a water feature with walking trails.

 On the north side there is the signature 3 acre park as the centerpiece of the recreational areas. Nowhere in Forsyth county has such a large gathering space been reserved for passive recreation in a neighborhood setting. For active recreation there will be a modern clubhouse with a meeting room next to the pool and tennis facility. We will also have  pickleball courts for the enjoyment of the residents. 

In the northernmost section of the community is our large estate lots where there will be another 1 acre central park.
